Wiring JB/Classic Stack/Classic Stack...

I've got a Jackson SL1, which has a TB-4 in the bridge position and Classic Stacks in the middle and neck positions. One master volume, one master tone, and a standard 5-way switch. Factory selections are:

1) bridge humbucker
2) bridge humbucker + middle Classic Stack (wired humbucking)
3) middle Classic Stack (wired humbucking)
4) middle Classic Stack (wired humbucking) + neck Classic Stack (wired humbucking)
5) neck Classic Stack (wired humbucking)

---------------------------------------------

I want to change the master tone pot to a master push-pull tone pot with these selections:

Tone push-pull down:

Same as factory wiring.

Tone push-pull up:

Same as factory wiring except for positions 1 and 2. I want them as follows:

1) bridge humbucker split
2) bridge humbucker split + middle Classic Stack split combined to be hum cancelling. Goal is to get a sound more similar to position 2 on a standard SSS Strat with 5-way wiring.

Anybody got a wiring diagram for such a setup?

Thanks!
P.S. Also need to avoid phasing issues.

The more I think about this, I wonder if I should just wire it such that it has the factory wiring with the push-pull down and all split with the push-pull up. I am looking at this diagram:

http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/schematics/schematics.php?schematic=3_stks4_1v_1t_5w_3splits

Here it describes what is accomplished with that diagram:

I only have one tone pot, so I'd have to make that small tweak, but it looks like it might work otherwise.

With that diagram, would my JB be using the side with the adjustable poles?

Thoughts?

....but my guitar has original Classic Stacks, not the new Classic Stack Plus models. I don't think they made separate middle and neck pickups in the Classic Stack line, so that diagram probably won't work because my middle Classic Stack probably isn't RWRP when split.

looks like maybe

^Yeah, that is a very basic diagram for setting up a coil split on one pickup. I'm dealing with 3 pickups here. And the conundrum is that (at least as far as I understand it), you can't select which bridge humbucker coil you want active AND have hum cancellation in position 2. Maybe a combo of a Triple Shot on the JB and a push-pull would be the ticket, but that's makes wiring even more complicated.

Re: Wiring JB/Classic Stack/Classic Stack...

if you look at the diagram you posted
the colors in the diagram for 3 splits are
black
red
white
yellow

the JB colors are

black
red
white
green

in your diagram
the yellow and black were together to ground

the JB takes the black and green to ground
for the adjustable coil

substitute the yellow in your diagram for the green that is actually on your pickup and it will make sense

Re: Wiring JB/Classic Stack/Classic Stack...

actually the triple shot makes this easier
you have a color coded pad to put you wires to

and a black and white pair to the pickup selector
all switching slug/adjustable/parallel/series is done on the TS

I have a pair on my RG2
