Wiring Question - Getting hum

Hey Guys,

So I've just put a JB and Jazz (back) into a guitar of mine and I've wired into up with 2x volumes, a treble cut, and a bass cut (Diagram 1c here: https://www.premierguitar.com/articles/21112-three-must-try-guitar-wiring-mods).

Now, I'm getting (ground?) hum that goes away when I touch pretty much anything metal, including the shielding paint on the inside of the cavities. I have visually checked all my grounds, checked the bridge ground wire, and gone back and forth no less than 4 times rechecking/re-soldering. I even just tried a star ground and still get the same issue.

I'm using 22awg pushback wire for all the internals.

Is there a possibility that running these under the pickups could induce hum and/or does anyone have any possible insight into where this hum might be coming from?
