Wiring Questions

Okay, so I'm gonna build me a guitar. However, when I mentioned my pickup configuration at another forum, someone told me there would be problems with resonant peaks and that hum-cancelling would not work in the 2 and 4 positions.

I planned to have a P-90 in the bridge, Strat pickup in the Mid, and a Tele pickup in the neck. Now, could anyone please tell me if there would be problems wiring this or not? :yell: :yell:

There could be but there won't be as long as your middle pickup is rw/rp from the neck and bridge. This will not be a problem with SD pickups as long as you order the correct models of each. A little research may be required but what you plan is very doable.

Whew, I'm quite relieved now. I've been looking at a Phat Cat in the Bridge, Alnico II Pro RW/RP in the mid, and a normal Alnico II Pro in the neck. That would work, right? Any suggestions?
