Based on my experience I would have to say that you'd have no compatability issues. From what I have found, Duncans match winding polarity to the Gibson pickups I have encountered. This would mean that your mid RW/RP would work with the BurstBucker in position 4 - as the BurstBucker would be equivalent to installing a standard 2-conducted Duncan like the '59.. I'm assuming that your burstbucker is 2-conducter (the only way I've seen them - though a 4-conducter may be offered), as if it were four, there would be no question.
Anyway, from my experience I'd think you should be fine - but hopefully someone can back me up - if nothing else to confirm that Antiquities are wound the same as Duncans . . .
