Wiring Superswitch, Help Artie...Lew

I'm trying to wire up my Strat with a double wafer superswitch to get these pup combinations:

1-bridge
2-bridge/middle
3-bridge/neck
4-middle/neck
5-neck
I would also, if possible, like the 1st tone control for the neck and the 2nd tone for the bridge. here is the diagram I used to wire it and all that is working is the neck pup.

Any help would be appreciated...I've never wired up a superswitch before. Thanks.......Joe

Hmmm . . . there's something wrong with your link. It just takes me to a logon screen, when I'm already logged on.

See if you can repost that. ;)

You should try getting a blender if you haven't gotten the switch yet. It allows to do all your positions and one more setting of all three pickups at the same time.

That diagram is correct, so just double-check your wiring. Does this help at all?

Edit: Make sure you included that top jumper that connects the two "common" terminals together. The bold black line in my diagram.
