wiring when mixing brands

I have 1 Duncan Parallel axis and 2 Dimarzio choppers. I want the classic H/S/S setup, 5 way switch (technically would be H/H/H with the choppers being humbuckers?)
The 2 wiring diagrams from the different brands are a little different as it relates to the bridge.

Can you guys steer me in the right direction? I know how to solder but not a lot about electronics.

Welcome to the forum

Use Duncan wire colors for the Duncan, and use DiMarzio wire colors for the DiMarzios.
For DiMarzio, red is hot, black+white is the series link, and green+bare is ground.

I am familiar with the terms series and parallel but not sure on the details. It relates to the orientation of the individual coils to each other?I have read a little about it and I think I want the standard series.

In the next position after full bridge pickup am I better off with the bridge and middle split or run them both full on? Probably would use that position less often but might try it for some clean/funky/blues stuff.

Another note, I have the Jackson mid boost circuit knob in the guitar now, takes a 9v, boosts around 500k I think. The knob seems to be going, it spins very easily and the resistance of the knob doesn't feel uniform throughout the travel. It sounds cool though for solos. I am also deleting a knob of the 3 knobs that are currently there. Its a early 90s Jackson so the knob closest to the bridge pickup interferes with my hand placement. I was thinking of ditching the mid boost and moving the volume and tone back a space. Now I am thinking maybe I should keep the mid boost and ditch the tone knob. Although I do like rolling the tone back for cleans, especially with single coil type pickups. The circuit for the mid boost appears to be on the body of the volume pot, with the control knob being separate. I have also ordered 2 Dimarzio 500k pots and a 22 uf capacitor as per their wiring diagram. So I think I will pull the factory internals and save them, install 2 dimarzio knobs and try that first.
Any thoughts?

Thanks for your help and patience.

As far as the switch, I might have regular full neck + middle, and use a push/pull to split them, so I can use both. I also don't think I could do without a tone knob, but everyone is different.

Whether to combine split coils in the in-between positions vs keep both full is a preference. I'd have to hear it in the particular guitar to tell which sounds better. In my Jackson, I preferred combining split coils for position 2 because having full humbucker with noiseless single middle sounded a bit too thick for me and split made it consistent volume when throwing the selector swithc, but it works fine if I had left it full humbucker also way. It wasn't a major difference, just noticeable and a preference.
