Wish one is the best comb with DS-1...(Boss)

I'm Just get in it 'cause my amp got a stronger Dist effect GMX212 but got lots of feed back, so I decide to buying a DS-1, is good but I notice that is not to Hot like my amp distortion effect or neither similar output of my other dist MT-2 (metal zone)

i think any solid state or tube amp would sound good with a DS-1.
Not modulus amps

The DS-1 is a very good pedal to mix amp OD with. I have tried such sounds with a Marshall Guvnur 2, and it sucked.

Joe Satriani is supposed to use the DS-1 a bit, or at least used to anyway. Check that out and see how he set his up.

DS-1 is very good at retaining your amp's original sound. It doesn't color the sound hardly at all to my ears, and it gives you that good gain kick. If anybody knows of something better...
