WLH set in Drop C

ex-250

I don't normally play dropped, but I had stitches in my hand so it made things quite a bit easier. I like this one.

Most of it is bridge full-on, but theres a pretty decent amount of bridge split (left side intro, for instance) and a bit of neck split as well. Oddly I don't think theres any middle position, which is weird because I'm always using these in the middle. Theres a bit of neck pup with fuzz, but its fairly subtle (yet irreplaceable).

VERY nice recording for someone who has a CRIPPLED hand at the moment.....What kind of pickups were used on this recording?

I enjoyed this recording too, nice work ex-250!

The pickups he used are the Seymour Duncan Whole Lotta Humbuckers

Yarp, WLH set = Whole Lotta Humbucker set. They're in an LTD Viper 300, going through my PODxt (JTM45 amp model and Greenback 20 cab model, as with pretty much everything I record).

Oh.....That's what the WLH stands for. I was trying to put acronyms together as to what it meant lol.

Gosh I wish I had a PODxt. I have been looking at the POD mini a good bit lately. These pups actually sound pretty good in drop C.

I don't even know what the current POD range looks like. My XT is a solid 10 years old, gets the job done for my demos though.
