I do want a vintage or moderate output bridge bucker. I do want a Duncan. Why do you like the APHII? Do you prefer a difefent bridge Duncan, and if so, why?

Alnico II Pro's will NOT dissapoint you at all in your Gibson V!
Look mine @ https://forum.seymourduncan.com/showthread.php?t=243543&page=2 !

Mine has Slash Alnico II Pro's and they're killer! I can nail a lot of sounds of it! They really have great tone! They clean nicely and respond to your playing. Slash's version is hotter than the stock one.

Can I ask you...which neck pickup are you actually using on your guitar?
I see you only ask for a bridge pickup*

Thats wonderful. Very encouraging. Thank you.
Oh, I have a great Duncan Custom Shop neck pickup. Its a special order hybrid Antiquity / Pearly gates. That one is staying put for ever.

I really would like to hear your pickup. I'm sure it's really one outstanding pickup. I imagine your neck pickup as a Alnico II Pro magnet one.

It all depends on what you want the bridge pickup to do, type of music, playing, etc, and how you want to balance that pickup configuration. I didn't care about balanced until I tried an unbalanced combination. It was a good sound, but not completely gratifying.

Please let me know, to have some hints, and give you some clues! :)
