Would 11-56 be ok in c standard for a light gauge?

You could also try Dunlop Heavy Core strings

The 12-54 set is going to be going on my SG for a baritone tuning. I've used the 54's all the way down to drop A and it sounds great. It could easily do C standard.

13-56 should work just fine for C standard. Used a set of those for years on my V in B standard.

D'addario advertises 12-60 as being "specialized for C standard" or something like that.

i have 12-54 set on my 25.5" scale guitar with a floating trem. what i realized was that i got similar tension on the trem springs as i did when having 10-46 on standard tuning when tuned down to C# standard.
