I have a strat with hot rails in neck/bridge that I am (somewhat) happy with (would like the neck to sound a bit hotter/fatter like Dave Murray....). But my question regards the JB Jr. in the middle. It is a neck JB Jr, and I want it to be hotter and more bridge-like. Would it work if a threw in a bridge JB Jr instead?

If you want your mid and neck pickup to be hotter, I would just raise them. A couple of turns of the adjustment screws makes a big difference sometimes.

yeah, Hot Rails neck is one of the fatest sounding pups i've ever heard.

Arite I'll raise the hot rails. But the JB Jr is a problem with the output. I just want to know if electronically having a bridge JB Jr in the middle would work.

If that's what you want to do, it will work...people do things like that all the time.
