WTB: broke stuff

Frito's Better Half
I'm looking for broke guitars. Headstock breaks, cracked tops, split bodies, or completely splintered. Name what you got and your price.

Re: WTB: broke stuff

Satanic rituals.

I do have a Dinosaur classical that's got some issues. Some toolsack strung it up with steel strings, and my wife brought it home from a garage sale. If I can find it, you can have it for the price of shipping.

sounds good bro. Take your time in finding it, no extreme hurry.

Re: WTB: broke stuff

i've got a dean caddy project guitar, nothing is 'broken' on it just needs to be sanded - repainted and set up. I could throw it around a little for ya though ;), i've also got a neck/headstock off of a BC Rich acrylic mockingbird that broke. Let me know if you're interested in either. I have some pics of the dean, but not the Rich

interesting. PM me more info.

Re: WTB: broke stuff

I'm not suprised. Most acrylic bich headstocks are only held on by string tesnsion and never get delivered in one peice. Sam ash is likely to stock broken bich headstocks :D

Okay, now I'm totally confused!?

Re: WTB: broke stuff

How long would an acrylic bich last, if it's not knocked around a lot and is used normally?

Quite awhile, but we all know that in the guitar world accidents are going to happen, so if taken care of very well, 10 years.

Re: WTB: broke stuff

I have some Japanese Nickel covered LP style pickups that I have no use for. I also have a washburn humbucker. All original frames and screws included.

Re: WTB: broke stuff

sorry Beer, I have no use for humbuckers. The only humbucker guitar I might get is a Dean Caddy, and I'll just turn around and sell that. Preciate it though.

Re: WTB: broke stuff

It is in pretty rough shape! I think I may keep it for a winter project. The cost of shipping would be a bit more than its worth.
