WTB: Cer mag. (or trade)

I need a standard Duncan ceramic magnet. I can buy outright, or I also have an A2, A5, and one of the thicker ceramics that came out of a Duncan Distortion neck, to trade.

lol never thought i would see the day where cheap ceramics would be in demand. i may have one let me check...


...well it appears i have 4 sizes of ceramic magnets... who knew... anyway i have regular, 1.5X thick,Double thick, And triple thick... lol and have uses for NONE of them. what r u putting the mag in anyway.

Thats mighty kind of ya Mr. Fang.

She might go into a Screamin' Distortion. Thats a hybrid I just built that uses the Allen head coil of the Demon (b) with the stud coil of a Distortion . I'm going to try it first with the Demon's A5, but it would be nice to have a ceramic to fall back on just in case. The reason I need the "standard" size one is, I want to be able to just slide the A5 out, and slide the ceramic in. I don't want to mess with completely disassembling the pup to change the two spacers. (Which I no longer have.)

I'm curious to see how this thing sounds.

I hadn't thought of that, but this will still be slightly different because I'm using a Distortion neck rather than a bridge. 6.5k as opposed to 8.5k. Should be interesting to hear the diference. Maybe I'll post a clip under Rid's.
