Guitarheads has the MegaMetal has spacer ceramics and is great for making hybrids.

Ha, I was multitasking while posting that and lost my train of thought in the middle or something.
Guitarheads has the MegaMetal humbucker, that has spacer ceramics and is great for making hybrids as well. You could always grab one of those and steal the magnets out.

There was a shipping issue. I have a couple of different ideas I want to try: In a JB with a UOA5, or in a Duncan Designed HB-7 bridge that already has a normal ceramic or possibly in a Custom 8.
So I'll keep fishing until I get a pair.

FYI, Ibanez Infinity single coils use two ceramic mags perfect for that. I have bought 2 complete HSH sets of infinity pickups for no more than $25 per set, and the humbuckers have the double thick ceramic magnets. You want to look for INF3/INF4/INFS pickups.

I know that the INF3 has a double thick ceramic. I'm fairly certain that the INF4 has an A5. I didn't know that the single coil has two ceramics that are the same size as spacers. Are they easy to remove without breaking or is there a trick to it?
