As sweet as a guitar as that particular model is (I want a GOOD one myself) your best bet is to buy that one from a store (new or used). They mass produce those things like they're pancakes so there are quite a few bad ones floatin' around. The only reason someone would really sell that guitar is if they mail ordered one and ended up with a dud I'd imagine.
Go to a store and find a nicely crafted one with decent weight to it and you'll be super happy.
