Yes I am. For the last few years, I've been living with my mom at my parents house. My dad works full time in Virginia & is only home on the weekends. It's been fine living with my mom. She has a bad back and is almost 60 y/o, so with my dad not home all week, it's nice to be there to help take care of things. They bought a house down in Virginia & are planning to move down there this summer.

It will be nice to have my own place again! Looking for a house sux, though.

I second that thought Matt... Unless you move close to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma sux a$$$$$$$$$$$. Yes, cost of living is cheap... yes housing is cheap.... but jobs here don't pay $hit. Plus, theres nothing to do around here, unless you live up in the city or maybe even Tulsa.

Owch! That hurts me! As they say, It's all about location.

The house I looked at for $329,000 was colonial built in 1950 & does need some work. The places that I've looked at for less money are absolutley atrocious.

Being a musician with a recording studio, Baby grand piano, boat loads of amps, horns & equipment: I definatley need a house.

Maybe I'll just become a Monk, instead.
