WTB: Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier Footswitch

Hey,

I recently picked up one of these bad boys used on craigslist. Sadly, the guy didn't have the footswitch, but who cares? I got the half stack for $995! haha.

I love the sound that I get from my mesa and I don't really want to taint it with my ****e effects pedals.

So anyways, I'm looking for a footswitch that is compatible with the Dual Rec so I can change channels and such.

Something like this:

Basically anything that is compatible with a dual rec solo head is fine as long as it has the cable.

Ok thanks!

I'm going to be gigging soon and I need this ASAP.

Legit buyer just need to complete my set-up before I play shows.
Give me a price and we can talk. Will pay via paypal.

1. They're $100 bucks
2. They don't come with a cable, you have to buy one for $30
3. I'd rather save money buying it second hand.

Yeah $130 for a pedal kinda sucks.
I'd rather buy one used for $50-$60

Not to be too nosy but how much did it set you back? Those things aren't cheap even used. Owned 2 boogies over the years and ended up with several boogie branded single switches. Sold them for near $60 ea. Now I'm using generic switches but mine (the recto's predecessor the DC-5) has the standard 1/4" jack as opposed to yours. I've built several amp footswitches and if I'm not mistaken the overly expensive cable is nothing more than a midi cable. Could be wrong..... If I'm remembering correctly, just buy an inexpensive long midi cable should the one you have malfunctions.

Ordering from Mesa can be expensive but they have far and away the best customer service of any company I've dealt with. Great folks, great amps. Love to hear some clips from your recto.

Yeah, I had a hard time finding mine as well. I posted an ad on craigslist and a guy responded. I met up with the guy, he originally wanted $100 for it so I set him straight and got it for $75. Best I could get out of him.

The guy originally wanted $100 but I got it for $75. That may be true, but I don't think I'd want to try it out just in case it wasn't. Boogie has some pretty extreme prices but man they are so worth it. Cool guys and great products for sure. I'll get a clip on here when I can.
Thanks!
