WTB: Sound card for recording

preffered is M-audio Fasttrack pro as I need a mic preamp (to record with the shure sm57) and headphone output + spdif outputs.

I need a sound card with phantom power sorry :|
i want to be able to record with the SM-57 but also in the future i'm planning on getting condenser mics.
