WTS - Floyd Rose in Black Chrome

Hi guys/gals. I am selling an original Floyd Rose Bridge in black chrome in great condition with no marks or scratches. Sale will include locking nut, springs, studs & tremolo arm. Bridge is fitted with the large block, unsure of nut size but it was on a Charvel Model 2 for a short time if that gives anyone a clue. I will try to get pics up tonight. Looking to get $115.00 shipped.

Re: WTS - Floyd Rose in Black Chrome

Yeah, there should be a number "R2", "R3", etc. stamped on the bottom of the nut...

Does the trem have "Made in Germany" stamped underneath the base plate?

P.S. - Jim is a solid guy to deal with :)

Re: WTS - Floyd Rose in Black Chrome

It seems that I may at least have a generic nut as there is no marking on the bottom, would it be unmarked if it was OEM? I am asking because the bridge is not stamped "made in Germany" either, I had a well respected tech swap out the short block that came with the bridge to the long one so he had it apart. He would have told me if there was any question as to the bridge being authentic. I am sure this came off of a new guitar with very little use so OEM is a possibility. I will ask the seller.

Got pics? Might be a 1000 trem.

Re: WTS - Floyd Rose in Black Chrome

There's three officially made Floyd Rose bridges of the original style.

There's the Original Floyd Rose, made in Germany.

There's the Floyd Rose 1000, same thing as the OFR but made in Korea.

Then there's the Floyd Rose Special. It's made in China and the saddles and sustain block are also zinc alloy instead of steel (saddles) and brass (sustain block).

Hi. Its looking as a good. But,firstly can you explain all information about it clearly. Because, that fact is also better for us. That means, whose carriage bolts used in it and also its size.

Where are the carriage bolts on this bridge? Or was that SPAM?
