I wanted to try this , and I think it's is a really nice instrument, but I've learned that I am not a
"Thinline-style" guy. It is a nice alternate take on the Fender Thinline-Tele, with its own flavor. The bridge and electronics are the same stuff that G&L uses on the MIA guitars. Beautiful swamp ash body that's super resonant and really light. Very nice PAF tones from the neck humbucker. Great jazzy vibe between that PUP and the semi-hollow body. The bridge PUP has a different tone than your typical Tele. Still twangy, but a rounder high end.
The pots are 250K Mighty Mites.
The neck is a slightly fat profile that feels good to me...I don't like shallow necks. Frets are medium-jumbo and the radius is 9".
I will consider trading for:
-Ibanez AM93
-Fender Classic Series 70's Strat
-Fender Classic Series 60's Tele
-Fender Baja Tele
-Fender Squier Esprit Red only
-Epi Rivera w/ mini-HB's only
-Tube combo or head?????
Got something else...run it by me. Not a metal guy so...probably not interested in stuff like Schecters, Ibanez RG's and the like. Also not a bass player, so...
It's in really nice shape. The body is super-clean. The neck has some of the typical "dirtying up" that these r-maple necks get. All minor cosmetic...nothing structural or functional.

Here's the Blurb:
The G&L ASAT Classic Bluesboy is a factory-modded version of Leos final word on the traditional single-cutaway bolt-on guitar, and the semi-hollow version takes it further with G&Ls distinctive twin voice chambers and f-hole added to a beautiful swamp ash body. Like its solid-body stablemate, this axe delivers a well-balanced pairing of a G&L alnico humbucker designed by Paul Gagon and a single-coil G&L Magnetic Field Design bridge pickup designed by Leo Fender.Framed in a classic boxed-steel bridge, the single-coil MFD bridge pickup delivers crisp attack with complex harmonics while individual brass saddles offer modern levels of intonation refinement. Flip to the neck bucker and youll discover all the charismatic warmth you could ask for. Put em together and youll find yourself immersed in exploring the limits of this guitars surprising versatility. Whats more, the semi-hollow body softens the midrange attack, accentuating the low and high harmonics. .Semi-hollow Swamp Ash body with twin voice chambers and f-hole
Hard-Rock Maple neck with Maple fingerboard
Paul Gagon-designed AS4255C alnico neck humbucker, Leo Fender-designed G&L MFD single coil bridge pickup made in Fullerton, California
3-position pickup selector, volume, tone
18:1 ratio, sealed-back tuners
