Hey bros, I've got about a 2004 Ibanez Artist 250 with a cherry sunburst. It has a '59b/C5n (zebra) combo. Gold top hat knobs (as seen on many les pauls). There is a cream colored button around the switch (rhythm/treble as seen on les pauls). It was $600 new, approx $120 in pickups. I am wanting to trade for a bass becuase I solely play my Strat and NEVER this guitar. It's a great playing and sounding guitar (sounds bright and loud unplugged). This guitar is currently wired in a wierd way. The neck pickup is wired to a volume and tone then to the switch, the bridge pickup goes directly to this switch. Two pots are basically dummies. The reason it is this way is that I was doing some experimenting and found that I liked the sound of the bridge pickup best this way. If you want me to reset it to standards I will be willing to do so.

I would like a Fender bass jazz or P bass. I will accept something with around a 500 dollar value. I will also possibly trade for a decent bass amp.

I would also possibly trade this guitar for another Strat but I am mostly interested in Bass equiptment at this point. BUT I am a sucker for strats so if you by any chance are interested and have a strat let me know.

Picture shows no pot in the bridge volume but there is one now. Also that tailpiece isn't gold it's chrome thats just the reflection from the knobs.
