WTT STL-2 w/ tap option

25's Nemesis
Hello all.

I've been playing more recently, and I've noticed that I'm gravitating towards, brighter, spankier, these days. That being the case, my Esquire gets much less use than my Thinline Tele with a more traditional bridge pickup than the STL-2 that's in the Esquire. That being the case, I'd rreally like to get a different pickup for that guitar. The STL-2 is not a bad pickup by any means. It has enough wallop and girth to compare favorably to any medium output 'bucker when using the full 13K output and is twangy and bright enough for old school blues and alt_country when tapped and has enough quack for funk when combined with a neck or midle pickup. The only issue I have is that it's not stringy enough on it's own for old school Bakersfiel country.

I'm looking for a JD, Broadcaster, '54, or any other vintage style tele lead pickup from any reputable manufacturer.

Thanks a bunch, y'all.

Re: WTT STL-2 w/ tap option

Thanks for the interest, bro, but I'd rather trade, as the funds for buying a replacement may not be available if I sell this thing. I'll let you know if I change my mind, though. :burnout:
