I have Gibson 496R and 500T to offer in trade. Mine are uncovered. The 500T is 4-conductor, the 496R is not. I will get pics loaded up in a couple days.

pics? What guitar did you get them out of and did you take a reading on a meter to verify it is a 496R/500T? I have gotten burned a few times when I bought a set from someone and they turned out to be 490R/490T or 490R/498T sets and I got stuck with crap I didn't want.

I mentioned in original post that pics will be loaded in a couple days. I bought these used off ebay a year ago *but* I have verified them by measuring the DC resistance of each on my ohmmeter and they measure exactly where they should. Also, the 496 and 500 have a distinctive "sizzly" sound, and mine have that.
