I ordered several tubes quite some time ago from www.thetubestore.com and in this batch were 4 or 5 Tung-Sol 12AX7's. One of those 12's was just flat out dead and I never called or emailed to place a warranty claim. So today when I called to place n new order I casually mentioned this to John and he said I am a considerable amount past my warranty period on that order, but he would go ahead and throw in another TS 12AX7 on the order I placed today.

1st of all he trusted my word (which was the truth) and 2nd he went beyond what he really had to do and made me a very happy customer!! I highly recommend these guys for all of your tube needs!!

If only I could tip him for such great service!!! LOL! *** Points to my tipping thread in Off Topic***

That's awesome! I haven't done business with them yet, but your testimony provided, that's 3 tube suppliers that offer onlinne services and stand behind them with unrelenting dedication to customer satisfaction!

Bob over at Eurotube has been AMAZINGLY helpful! As well as Jeff at the tube depot... they sent out the wrong caps on an order, and sent me a shirt with the correct ones AND told me to keep the wrong ones... The funny thing is, the "wrong" caps were higher tolerance caps... They said it doesnt matter, a mistake is a mistake and it could have been more costly to the company and the customer so I now sport a cool t-shirt and have 24 caps within tolerance to use in my strat, instead of only 12!!

I'm a big fan of Lord Valve's. He's done me right all the time. Mike at KCA has been aces as well. I've used teh Tube store and the tube depot a few times. No problems there either.

I get the majority of my stuff from KCANOSTUBES. Mike has always treated me right, and had what I wanted.
