Wylde Audio specs

Re: Wylde Audio specs

Depending on who you are you may find the fret spacing a bit cramped (but, Zakk's a big guy, so...). You will be able to bend the notes very easily and articulate very well. I also find this particular scale to sound a bit darker and somewhat less defined but, that also can lend to the overall thickness of sound. And considering the woods used and the active pickups, it shouldn't really ever sound muddy if that's your concern.

Most of my B.C Rich guitars have this scale length and that's my take on it.

I don't know what's worse....his New Jersey white trash taste in guitars or clothes.

If you stepped onstage in any major venue, in any major city donning that crap, people would throw tomatoes at you. LoL
I mean, seriously!

Re: Wylde Audio specs

they are made by schecter so the quality should be roughly the same, made in south korea we can easily assume its the same factory a lot of big companies have guitars made. ESP (LTD), Dean, Champman and I even think some PRS guitars. So overall quality shouldn't be an issue. But I agree with some here in this thread that they just don't have the looks that appeal me, not in the slightest. The V is actually the only half decent guitar, but to me, its destroyed by these ugly huge block inlays.

Re: Wylde Audio specs

I do agree his clothes suck, and some of the guitars look obnoxious, but the others are cool.

And he'd fit right in with the beard!

Re: Wylde Audio specs

I like his taste in clothes and guitars, but then, I have never much cared for being part of the "in" crowd.

nothing to worry bout there.. your '"in" crowd' card was revoked. j/k.. please return the 'members only' jacket and the gold medallion at your earliest convenience.. lol

i think zakk tries too hard with the bad boy wanna be biker.. im tough and can drink alot BS..

only guitar that looks ok is the V..the single cutaway LP looking abomination is horrid.. the SG/V just makes me scratch my head.. not all ideas should see the light of day

Yea he definitely tries to hard with his clothes and attitude. I also agree on the LP, the Odin or whatever he calls it is one ugly piece of work

Sorry, I turned all that stuff in back in about '85. Didn't even keep the receipt.

Re: Wylde Audio specs

They're nothing special. For those prices I can get a high end Import Schecter

Re: Wylde Audio specs

"Warhammer"...LOL, they should call it the "Starfish".

Honestly, those look like the oddly-shaped, no-name budget Chinese guitars you come across every once in a while. I know Schecter will do a good job building them, but still...their Daisy Rock series is more appealing :)

Honestly, Mr. Wylde should have had a conversation with Dean. They definitely know how to pull off the metal/rocker thing with odd shapes. Heck, imagine him swinging one of these on stage:
