Xotic EP vs. Fulltone Fat Boost vs. Keeley Katana?

Guys which out of these three would you recommend?
Xotic EP vs. Fulltone Fat Boost vs. Keeley Katana? Maybe even an Xotic RC Booster.

Looking for something to add a little grit and sparkle or more life to my clean tones at times and also something to fatten up my notes at times, especially with single coils. My amps have very clean, clean channels and if I need more grit in my clean, I will tend to run the gain channel and roll back guitar volume. I would like to be able to get some grit on the clean with a simple, boost pedal that needs little to no tweaking...just adds some gain, sparkle or grit. Then I would like to be able to leav it on when I switch to my gain channels and not have it destroy my tone. I am thinking the Xotic EP Boost will be the answer because I have had nothing but good luck with their pedals and they are transparent to my ears.
The thing is, my clean channels have a ton of headroom and a boost might not do much, so this most likely will be for single coils and to take my Electradyne into higher gain regions.....slightly.

The other use and this could become a big one. I am looking to buy a new 2012 Telecaster and even though I want the single coil vibe, there may be times I want a kick in the pants, and a boost could do it. :)

For the Mesa Electradyne when I buy that, I will use it also for added gain but also will use my Xotic BB for that.

Interesting, it appears these are all FET boosts.

Thanks!

Since I only want something to add some grit at times to my clean and my amps have a lot of clean headroom, I need volume and gain controls, must be transparent and also capable of taking the Electradyne into a heavier crunch, I am thinking Xotic RC Boost. Loved it when I had it.

At this point I just want something that can dirty up the clean channel a bit to give me a Marshall type broken up clean and something I can use to add saturation to the Electradyne when I get it. I might go back to the Xotic RC!

A big problem is balancing volume. Lets say I have my clean and dirty channels balanced. Then I hit my clean boost or OD pedal to add grit to the clean channel...when I switch to my gain channel with the pedal still on, the volume is too low, hence the problem. Soooo, I may just do away with all dirt and clean boost pedals for now and stick to super clean channels, two levels of dirt since my amps have vintage and modern and then use my volume controls for cleaning up to get a gritty clean.

i like the fatty because of the eq controls. You can tune the boost in to fit how the amp behaves at different levels.

I believe my favorite is the RC due to the EQ controls and great transparency.
Volume is still an issue because I need it set differently per channel. So, I may just give up ok boost pedals, I guess I don't need one.
