Xotic SL Drive into Tiny Terror

Hi,
Has anyone tried this combo? I'm looking for an overdrive mainly for soloing and stacking with fuzzes but I didn't find any review or opinion from someone using the SL Drive with this finnicky Orange amp.

Rig:
Fender MIM Jaguar
Orange Tiny Terror with 5751 in V1

It's one of those pedal-friendly circuits bound to sound good with about any mild OD.

I can't see any reason why the SL Drive wouldn't meld with it just fine.

I'm messing around with a bunch of world class OD's tonight with my Marshall 2204, so maybe I'll check out the Tiny Terror I have sitting right next to it.

I'm dying to spend some time with the Way Huge Overrated Special that arrived today.
So far, it beat my other Way Huge pedals into my Matchless Chieftain.

Yeah. Something that isn't really gainy is best, because the Tiny Terror really has all the tubes hitting the sweet spot as it is.

I'd try a treble booster first.

+1000. I have a Tiny Terror, and I use an old BBE Freq Boost Treble Booster with it, and it transforms the amp form sounding Classic Sabbath to Judas Priest/Megadeth.

The gain is pretty maxed out on it as is, using additional drive or boost tends to give you alot more noise. A treble booster has been the way to go.

If you want more gain there's the Dark Terror
