that was a great crisp sound that sounded alot like lynch with the lynch mob when i saw them last year

The rhythm clip is in the Tips and Clips section. Pucky, feel free to drop your best Don Dokken vocals in there. The whole clip is there. There's even a blank spot for the a' capella portion. Sorry, but I couldn't put the cheeser black cowboy hat in there... singing in the rain is optional of course.

I am currently into Margaritas... call 'em Margies if you're nasty.

Just a last random thought. Too bad TO couldnt've video taped himself doing that. With the Kami, and what with Ben being George's 80's body double, it would've been truly killer. He would have to wear all the streamers, wrist and arm bands of course.

LOL! As much as I love 80s flair, as the liner notes say, I'm partial to tracking solos in me pajamas!! Just kinda wake up, brew a pot of cawfeee, and play until something good comes out.

Nice!!! You gave the solo your own personal flavour. I really like your sound too Ben. I was kind of working on this solo as well after I saw the "Pimp my Dokken" thread so I watched the REH video. Did you tap that "0:21" part?

That was awesome. I'm actually thinking of asking the other guitarist in my band if he would consider going to a maple guitar so we have more contrast live. I love the way it cuts through.
