Is one person allowed to have multiple "new gear" threads on the same page? LOL.

I found these beauties in a pawn shop on Wednesday, but I waited until this weekend so I could go back with cash in hand to get a better deal. Took all three home for $200. Original asking price was about $145 each.

Before I went back to get them I was brainstorming ideas for modding them, but after seeing them together I kinda like having matching guitars. I'll probably do some pup swapping and a new pickguard on the one that has a warped guard, but I don't forsee myself doing much else...at least for a while.

Keep one stock, do one with lipstick tubes, and the third in mini hums. Those are too cool not to mod.

I'd take all the best parts from each of them and put them together in to one really good guitar.

I'd then put the other two back together from the leftovers and make my money back (& then some) on the 'bay.

That is a killer deal!!! I love pawnshops!! Probably over half of my gear is from pawnshops.
