There's been a Soundcloud button on the forum for a while now, but I'm a bit disappointed with the sound.
It sounds a bit compressed, and based on what I'm hearing, it might be resampled to a lower bit rate.

I've got a Soundcloud account, because many social networks (like Facebook) link to it, but I also logged into Mediafire.
It seems many of the file hosting sites now feature a music player button.
The Mediafire playback sounds better to me.

What say you?

Dropbox uber alles. It's the ultimate file hosting/file transfer/backup machine.

Soundcloud is okay, but it has a lot of extra fluff that I don't care about. I just want people to be able to download and play my song, and Dropbox is perfect for that.

SoundCloud because whilst you cannot control the quality of the stream, you CAN upload a high res file and ppl can download it. And it sounds way better than SoundClick.

That being said -- All streaming sounds like butt.

I thought my mix was quite compressed upon return from the mastering engineer, until I heard the sample streamed from the iTunes Store ... Whoa! Talk about compressed!
