ya I will be doing that too, but years out when I save up I do have plans for lots of gear purchases including a pedaltrain nano and cool pedals for it

BYOC Marshall Shredmaster Clone - Great pedal for getting a Marshallesque tone through other amps, although not the same as the real thing, so I also picked up a JVM

Built a couple ZVex clones, bought a Durham Sex Drive for cheap, a Behringer Reverb, an EHX Small Clone, a Small Stone, built A Big Muff, a joyo ultimate drive, a Joyo Tremolo, an Ernie Ball volume, a crybaby I modded to true bypass, and added vocal mods, and I think I got my EHX Holy Grail in 2013.
