zephyr drawbacks?

9 years and I'm still waiting for a sucker to buy them new and sell them to me used.

Honestly, I don't think many were made, much less sold.

9 years later and I still think of zephyrs. A '78 but zephyrized.

I think that might slice your ears off. A bright pickup, with added clarity.

But the biggest drawback of a Zephyr? The price, of course. Though now, they would be an investment. Just save them for the melt value.

There is no way the SD CS got rid of the wire for them, I bet you could still order one

I would think they can still build them in the Custom Shop. They are an interesting idea- but probably more of a 'Can we?' project than a serious push to make it a commercial item.

All of this belly aching and bitching about cost. I am sick of it. The custom shop has a layaway plan I'm sure.

All this Zephyr talk made me curious, but not curious enough to order a set. However, I did check and they are still available on the Custom Shop page/site.
