I just watched a demo of the shiva for the first time on youtube and WOW! crystal clear fende type chime on the clean channel and pure modded marshall type roar on the drive channel. I love it!

That's the Shiva! Awesome amp! Now add another channel and more tonal, power, loop, and gain options and you have the XTC. Every time I find myself starting to miss the Shiva, I plug into my XTC Classic and remember why I sold it. Either way though, they're both awesome amps!
