      combos are black-hearted S.O.B.s

I also have a Bogner Brixton head in the house. My Ibby TSA sounded better thru all 3 of my cabinets. The BB is gone tomorrow. I have to be a roadie for a minute, hold on.

Then it's a little premature for a NAD thread then isn't it?

                      a wise trade

this is probably the happiest I've been since I've been posting on SDUGF

this amp sounds amazing and I feel like I can imitate every other amp I've ever had

utterly fantastic, a million sounds for a million styles, and right now looking over at it knowing I can just take it off standby makes me feel like I do when I know I'm about to get laid within the next 5 minutes

                      thank you Trading Musician!

                        Re: NAD: Pittbull

it will be fun to read this thread next year

I had this amp before in my lil studio but it wasn't like this

my guitars love it, and if my cab could smile it'd be one Cheshire grin on that black-hearted S.O.B.

this amp probably thinks drive pedals are black-hearted S.O.B.s, and it sure doesn't need them, not for blues shred, not if you're a guitarist for Nile, not for nuthin, but I will try that later on

craziest metal sounds I've ever had, roll back the GV for stupifying cleanup action

gonna go try out that series/parallel FX loop right now!

                        this amp is IT

Another Seattlite! Congrats on the NAD!

I worked at the Trading Musician last summer, the guitars are overpriced and the employees are *******s, but they have some really awesome amps and pedals.

                            Re: NAD: Pittbull

also unlike other, drier VHTs, I think the EL34 ones are the "wettest", the "moistest" ones

50 watts is so perfect -- VOLs and M-VOL are at 2 o'clock. I've got a great balance between preamp harmonics and power amp sing. Fat and full at the EXACT volume I want to be at. This cab is perfect. 212 w/ Greenies. Pretty sure when I had this amp before it went into a G-Flex 412, which is a 300 watt cab with super-efficient 75 watt Eminence speakers, too big, too much. Much better with just 2 speakers that add up to match the amp's output, simplistically put?

                              Sounds like an awsome amp!
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
