Yeah, Peavey builds them in Meridian now. This amp definitely does not sound like a Peavey though. It's got great clarity and warmth. The gain structure is very interesting. Round and saggy enough feeling to be considered vintage, except the gain roars with an edgy and tight modern response as well. Single note articulation is huge, and it just sings with a very pleasant sustain that carries on into rich feedback.
