That is a good amp, I tried one out at a store, nearly bought it. Problem is, I just have to have a clean channel and a dirty channel with the click of a button...not possible with the JCA22h. It was designed to have a dirty channel and a lead channel if I remember correctly.

I am looking at 1 myself.. I have a Fender HRD I use for clean and step on a pedal for dirt, but I really want one of these.. they just sound cool.

JCA20h = single channel (Atomic/Astroverb)
JCA22h = two channel (Atomic/Astroverb and SLO)

I think the 22 has an effects loop whereas the 20 doesnt.

it has a wide variatey of tones that all sound good. Good definition with each string

Yeah, the 22 is double channel.

I kind of wish I had waited a year and a half after I picked up the JCA20H to get this one instead. I love the voicing, though. It's a great little amp.

I'm still digging my 20H, and by now it's paid for itself a few times. The 22H sounds like my kind of two channel amp, cause it has no real pristine clean channel, which I wouldn't use anyway. I like my cleans with rolled back guitar volume, and a crunching amp. I use pedals for the lead tones on mine, so the two channel version of this might be right up my alley.
