Not trying to necro or anything but my favorite thing about this video is how he acts like he is afraid of the volume knob.

the amp opens up, sound so thick and full and heavy when you get that volume knob cranked up... and every time he turned it up a notch he turned it back down half a notch.

You will easily get better tone than that guy does in that video with a Micro Terror.

This post inspired me to plug my Tiny Terror into two Marshall Jubilee cabs. Holy crap does that little amp push some air when hooked up to 8 speakers! The only thing I'd plugged it into before was my Bogner 212 cab, and that's plenty loud.

I know this thread is a year old, but try the micro terror with an eminence big ben in a fender.ported bass cab...also drop in a Russian mullard 12ax7...holy tone man!!! Amazed. The 15 makes this thing sound larger than life and the Mullard makes it way louder than the jj as well as opening it up. Way clearer, not as compressed and breaks up in all the right places.

              I use mine thru a 4x10 with Emi Ramrod/Ragin Cajun's, it's a little killer for sure

It is close to christmas, but I paid 85 for the micro used, and 129 for the fender 115 base cab. 110 for the eminence big ben, and 20 for the mullard. Tone = a much more expensive and larger marshall easily.

Re: Totally Impressed: Orange Micro Terror

I picked one up last week. Really pleased with it. Actually more pleased than I've ever been with a hybrid amp. They really nailed the "tube feel" with the class D power amp.

Looks like an unbeatable emergency amp. It's staggering how much you get for the buck with that!

Wow. Had a full band practice last Saturday with it. My mates loved the tone. Gain about noon, volume about 1 o'clock. More than loud enough through a 4x12. Philosophers Tone for more crunch amd OCD for lead with the PT.

Is there anything as tiny as the TT that sounds good and has a similar amount of power, with an FX loop?

The Dark Terror, OR15 and Micro Dark all have effects loops.
