Arrived and in one piece! It sounds fantastic! I can see why people struggle to describe Brownface tone. Its totally unique. I'll have to record some demos and get them up here.

That is super sweet!I am so close to retirement that I could play in a band full time. All I have to do is figure out what to use instead of money, improve my playing, learn some songs, and find some other musicians more talented than me who will do exactly as they're told. .Comment

Some more porn for you guys. Checked the transformer codes. Choke dates to August 1960. Power transformer is original. Output transformer isn't original however it is the vintage correct piece. It dates from Nov 1965. It shares the same OT as the Tremolux and Vibrolux so it was likely pulled from one of those amps.
All the caps and resistors that have been replaced are either Sprague or Mallory.
Power cord looks like it's from a copier or printer but it's three prong and has been grounded.
