That would work but this is the one I have....it’s foolproof. It’s not cheap but it is well worth it.

I got mine on Reverb.com for a little less than this.

N/m, Marshall TSL has external bias test points so only a multimeter is needed

mV values means you can't shock yourself with it, right?

Test points are annoyingly close though, how inadvisable would it be to accidentally short a test point (+) to ground?

3 pins - like somewhat bigger jumper pins - stick out the back between the middle power tubes once you remove the protective metal grille. Middle is ground, right is bias right, left is bias left.... next to it are two crappy lowcost screwdriver-adjustible bias pots made out of crapola
