Regardless of what boutique maker's name is on the front, these types of amps will always be sought after by people who know quality when they see it.
Since it's based largely on a PtoP Marshall, all you have to do is display pics of the chassis and transformers, and you'll soon find a buyer. (Not that you'll want to sell it....and you shouldn't).
Your Celtic amp will appeal to anyone who looks at Blockhead, Wizard, Germino, Roccaforte, Mojave etc.....basically, variants of P to P Marshalls.
