I have 2.
An Epi Jack Casady. I acquired it in 2014 to try seriously playing bass. The VariTone seemed like a good way to get some different tones and I got a deal on it. I also read Bass Clef ~30 years before I read Treble.
A Fen American Original '60s Jazz. I had played a Jazz Bass years ago and really liked the neck profile.I miss the 80's (girls) !!!
Seymour Duncans currently in use - In Les Pauls: Custom(b)/Jazz(n), Distortion(b)/Jazz(n), '59(b)/'59(n) w/A4 mag, P-Rails(b)/P-Rails(n); In a Bullet S-3: P-Rails(b)/stock/Vintage Stack Tele(n); In a Dot: Seth Lover(b)/Seth Lover(n); In a Del Mar: Mag Mic; In a Lead II: Custom Shop Fender X-1(b)

Three
’99 German Warwick Corvette Standard fretless
DiMarzio Model J pickups
passive, MV, MT, balance
bubinga body, ovangkol neck, ebony board
sperzel tuners (stock were fine, these are significantly lighter, fixed balance issues)
typically medium rounds, currently SIT Foundations 45-105
Meyers TB-4 Custom
boutique build by a dude from Georgia
Delano humbucker, a little closer to the middle than a Music Man
Had a John East preamp when I got it, currently passive V T, coil split
Swamp ash body, koa top, maple neck, ebony board
Excellent Gotoh tuners, Hipshot style B bridge
currently D’Addario 50-105 Tapewound
Yamaha PJ, something 174
”mahogany” body, some sort of figured veneer
has the Warwick’s stock tuners just because
stock pickups, V
This is a great bass, super easy to play, sounds great. If I hadn’t stumbled onto a stupid deal on the Meyers, I’d have put better pickups and a Hipshot bridge on this and been done.
cant remember what strings are on it currently... probably SIT Foundations 45-105“I can play the hell out of a riff. The rest of it’s all bulls**t anyway,” Gary Holt

1966 Hofner 500/1 - because Beatle fan, wanted to record that sound, easy to play and can be played acoustic for practice, lightweight and can stand for hours writing and practicing
1996 Fender Jazz Bass Deluxe - because Rush fan, wanted to record that sound, but didn't realize how different this bass was from Geddy's, though this does sound good; probably the best bass sound I have
2008 Rickenbacker 4001C64 - because Beatle fan, wanted to record that sound, but this is BIG scale and hard to play
2010 Gretsch G2202 - was asked to fill in as bass player but I have tendonitis now. Turns out this sucker sounds great. Now use it for writing and practicing before recording a track.

5, An Epiphone LP Special, 80's Gibson Bass IV (p style body with Tbird pickups), a 2013 Gibson EB, a Squire VM Jaguar, and an Ibanez 5 string Multi scale.
I got the Bass IV when I got back into playing in bands,, after having sold nearly all of my music equipment. Shortly after i joined another band that used a lower tuning so i bought the Epi for that. The EB replaced the IV a few years later. The Jaguar is the 34" scale P+J version to get the Fender tones. And the Ibanez was because I finally decided to just get a 5 string.
also I have a Squire Bass VI, but I didn't count it as its more of a baritone than a bass.sigpic
Gibson LP Trad Pro II->Various pedals->MEsa Boogie MkV->Owensby/219 Guitar Works Vertical Slant 2x12 w/WGS ET-65 and Veteran 30.
