ESP released Page Hamilton sig that had OFR,but it was reissue of his old Horizon with distress magenta color,I'm sure you can find it in used market.

And wait a minute,do you want single coil pickup in middle but not in neck,as in H-S-x configuration?

Nope sorry I made a mistake... I want a neck pickup but none in the middle.

@ErikH : I'm not sure yet, I think I'd go for a high output true SC such as the quarter pound flat.
