Well, I don't think you'll have to dig around so much to get a good one. The only complaints I've heard are related to weight and neck size, and both are pretty subjective. I don't think I've heard anyone complain about the rest of the guitar.

They are pretty sweet that's for sure. I can dig it. Those guitars are good. Real good.

I guess I can come out and play one, given the chance. Man, I can't stop!

Fender is sure putting out a lot of decent new models. I just picked up the 2011 Frontline magazine, and can see that they're tailoring their line to the economy....focusing on affordable gear. Fender is very good at moving with the times and giving people what they want.

Yeah Hoss, I meant people are complaining about how hefty they are and how thin the necks are. I honestly think it has more to do with the fact that the popular necks these days with that kind of crowd are like the CS Nocaster mondo necks though. I've only played one of the white CV 50's and I felt like they're about standard medium size.

i'm working on the combo deal...both of our birthdays are in MAY...
