OK Inspired with the feedback you all gave me today, I swapped one of the tuners that wasn't working with the 5th of 6th to the 4th string and guess what? It locks the way it should.... Problem solved !!!!Comment

Yeah, I'd say Schaller really bent over backwards and went the extra mile on this...replacing 3 tuners that were probably ok to begin with.
It took a little time, but that's pretty normal when dealing with big companies. There's a "chain of command" that has to be followed.Originally Posted by IanBallard

2 in chrome and 3 in satin chrome, 2 of the satin chromes are unusable, I tested them on every string of my guitar.Comment
