  • NGD Gibson LP Classic

Wasn’t looking for a new guitar but found this finish in-stock at Sweeetwater and couldn’t pass it up (especially with the 48 month financing at $0). I normally only buy used but this green is just so cool…

Congrats on a very cool, unique Les Paul! What is the official color name?

Nice one! I really didn't need more fuel on the GAS fire, but ok...

It is called ocean burst even though it is not a burst.

Even though it isn't the color of the ocean?

I know, I don't get it!!! The official name is "Green Ocean Burst" - and it looks like just a translucent finish, I don't see a burst effect at all. LOL

Green Les Pauls definitely do it for me, that looks great.

That is def translucent green. To be fair, the official color name is really 'Green Ocean Burst', but I have no idea why they would come up with that.

It's the color of the ocean by L.A. California.

(But the guitar is awesome, regardless.)

There must be a lotta algae in that ocean. . .

It is a cool colour, looks great under the light.
