My BF2 scratches my itch. If I need to do anything fancier I use my Eventide or MOOG

No doubt the Moog is able to craft amazing tones, and H9 is Eventide quality.

Still - BF3 adds to the classic 4 knob Man/depth/rate/res:
1. Tap tempo....handy live
2. Momentary on - for just a quick touch of Flange
3. Ultra mode when enough is not enough
4. Stereo option to whoosh around the room

These are all super cool and useful modes. And it still keeps the standard 4 knobs, putting depth and rate separate as the most likely adjusts. That's a lot in in a solid Boss pedal....

This thing might as well have WAZA on it.

A 1982 BOSS BF-2 Flanger with black label Japan sticker in great condition with box and instruction sheet in Japanese.

But I won't be using it for the flanging effect.... no, it will be used for something far more sinister...
