    i used to have a jackson rhodes with a jb in the neck and distortion in the bridge, loved that guitar.
    when i think thrash guitar i think of the tone on kill em all, the sh6 is the best pup ive found to get that tone

      yeah, im pretty sure that is what kirk used on one of his guitars on kill em all also!

        nah, kirk had the rhoads for ride the lightning and after.

        actually, i heard that kirk had 2 DD's in one (or more) of his gibson v's around the ride the lightning time, when james had an invader in the bridge of his v
