    Problem solved, apparently.

Guys, I recently got my first Gibson in years. A used SG Jr. It plays well, stays in tune but the bridge pickup lacks treble and is dull as hell. Like the tone knob is turned down. However turning down the tone knob makes it worse. There are several YouTube videos out ther of this guitar and...

Way to be beaten by MLP forum.

I would like to personally express my disappointment in the overtly slow response.

If I could make you all run laps around a winding machine, I would.

It's good to know we've been talking to the air and giving advice to a ghost.

I believe I gave him that advice a few hours after his post.

Sorry for the late reply. The original Gibson pickup was bad. It only read 6.1k taken out of the circuit. I had a Roswell Staple P90 sitting around and installed that. All is good now.

I guess 3 months late is better than not at all.

yeah, glad its working. 6.1k is too low for a gibson p90. there should be 10k turns of 42 wire on there which should be around 8k
