This guitar is a very cool finish that you do not see all the time, it is definately not for everyone. The guitar is only 3 months old and has always been kept in it's case. This guitar is an oddity by Gibson standards as it stayed in tune out of the box and needed no work on the nut, I am selling this guitar to buy some photo equipment, it was the last guitar I bought and I really have not bonded with it yet so I figured this one should go. The case is in mint shape as well (as mint as it was when I got it anyway) and the guitar will be shipped in the box it came in from Gibson, some people care about that stuff. Pics are avaliable.

Re: 2004 Gibson Les Paul Standard - Gecko Burst
I've never minded the Gecko Burst. It was an option when I bought my 2004 Latte Cream Standard, and I considered one for a brief moment.
I highly prefer Iguana Burst, though. If I can ever find one that isn't over-the-top in terms of wood figuring, I'd love to get it. I don't think any plain tops or lightly figured ones were ever made, though.
