hey guys i quickly remade this clip with the new heavier 12-60s EXL148 strings.
you can tell the added freshness and thickness lets the overall sound be more open less muffly, could just be that there new but there is a little something extra going on compared to the 11-56s
new strings really do make a difference and i probably use them way past there vibrancy period and as my overall tone starts to suffer i have to use more amp treble and that weakens the rest of the range.

Sounds great!I am so close to retirement that I could play in a band full time. All I have to do is figure out what to use instead of money, improve my playing, learn some songs, and find some other musicians more talented than me who will do exactly as they're told. .Comment
